Accessing, browsing and using the Plantation Collection online store you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Tropical Fruit Worlds, Plantation Collection delivers using Australia Post and Sendle.

Plantation Collection delivers all international orders using Australia Post International / Startrack in Plantation Collection packaging.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, which will allow you to track your delivery.

To ensure delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9 am – 5 pm.

If no one is at your specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card that will direct you to a local post office for collection. 

Plantation Collection will not be held accountable for late deliveries, or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Or in the event that the incorrect address is provided.

In the unfortunate event that a stock item is unavailable, we will get in touch with you for further shipping instructions using contact details originally provided.

When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Your order will require a signature upon delivery by Australia Post / StarTrack.

Please note: Plantation Collection, unfortunately, cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, requirements for imported food items, foreign taxes or other fees that be imposed will rest with the customer. 

Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also, unfortunately, cannot mark any international order as a ‘gift’, due to law prohibitions. 

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure tracking of International deliveries, Plantation Collection cannot be held responsible for the loss of item during the shipping process.

Refunds & Returns

We are committed to your satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not happy please email us at info@tropicalfruitworld.com.au.

You will be contacted by our staff within 2 business days to find a solution to your problem.

Claims for damaged or broken goods will only be accepted within 7days of receipt of the goods by email notification. Further instructions will then be given. 

Plantation Collection reserves the right to review all returned goods and if the fault is not accepted then Plantation Collection will resend back to the customer at the customer's expense.

All returned goods will be sent with Australia Post.

Final changes are all subject to approval by Tropical Fruit World TA Plantation Collection. Plantation Collection will not reimburse postage costs. Returns must be in new condition with tags attached unless faulty. Returns must be made using the above process. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.


Change of Address

The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made until the order begins processing. Plantation Collection takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.


Prices are subject to change without notice. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately.

You must apply the card number | promo code issued in the bottom of your cart to receive the 10% discount.

Only one (1) promo code can be applied to a single order. This includes free gift offers requiring a promo code to be applied. 

Welcome New Subscribers

Discount code expires 4 weeks after initial send.

You must apply the promo code to the bottom of your cart to receive the discount on valid items in your order.

Only one (1) promo code can be applied to a single order.

The promotion cannot be applied to an order that has been completed, nor can the relevant promo code and discount be applied to an invalid order.

If items from the order are returned and your order no longer meets the spend level required for the promotion, the difference will be refunded to original purchase method.
